What is covered and for How Long?

Your GYROXUS Model GSR-71B Full-Motion Control (“Control”), manufactured by 4th Motion (“Motion”), is warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects. All warranties are extended to the original owner from the date of purchase.

The Control and all components, including base, support, seat, back, footrest and mechanical controls (excluding game controller) are warranted for one year. The game controller is warranted for 90 days.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover any damage, failure or loss due to:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Accident, misuse, neglect, abuse or improper assembly.
• Failure to follow care and use instructions in the Control owner’s manual.
• Improper use that includes use outdoors, by more than one person at a time, use off the floor, on any uneven surface or other similar activities.
• Any damage to floors, furniture, electronic equipment, hardware or software.
• Modifications of any sort made to the Motion products and damage caused by modifications.
• Repairs not performed by Motion or its authorized service center.

4th Motion will have sole discretion to determine whether the damage, failure or loss is due to defect or otherwise.

What will Motion do if your chair does not operate properly?

Motion will, at its sole option and expense, repair or replace any defective Control, subject to the stated warranty period. Shipping cost to return Control to Motion is the responsibility of the consumer.

How Do You Get Warranty Service?

If your Control is not working properly because of a defect, you may go to www.gyroxus.com/warranty-and-return-policy for complete warranty instructions. Do not return goods without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Motion.

Do you have any other remedies?

NO. THIS REMEDY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
